Sacred By Monica Parks takes customer satisfaction and service very seriously. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact me and I’ll try to resolve the problem. My greatest desire is for you to be happy with your purchase!
Please remember that all stones/beads are natural and may differ in size, color, and some are in their rough form.
All items are made with materials, including but not limited to beads/stones, that are natural or handmade materials that should be treated with care.
All materials meet CA law requirements.
If you wish to exchange or return your purchase, for any reason, please contact me within 30 days of receiving your order. I will provide shipping instructions and address any questions or concerns. Items must be unworn and in its original packaging. Refunds or exchanges are granted once I receive the item back. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. I do not accept returns on custom orders nor clearance items.
I encourage you to include tracking (and possibly insurance), when returning a purchase to protect you against loss or damage by the postal service.
